WITNESS PREP PROGRAM​

Mission

​We believe that the justice system can benefit from finally having the means to prepare a witness to have the emotional capacity to give their testimony without interfering with the facts. All levels of courts will benefit by gaining highly reliable witnesses.

​​

Our objective is to eliminate the dominant reactions that typically alter the memory of events; or alter the perception or interpretation of the facts. Second, the techniques can be self-administered as needed without being obvious. This is ideal during cross-examination.

​Our Program

A lawyer can elect to have their client, or a witness contact us to set up a session. The lawyer will be invoiced for the session. The session is held on-line on a secure platform; or in person in an office. All sessions are always recorded to prove there is no discussion. The lawyer will receive the recording when the bill is paid in full. The fees will be on par with associated legal fees.

We believe our witness preparation program is a "first" of its kind. CONSIDER  THIS  LEGAL  FACT:

 

BSW is unique in that it is a verbally instructed intervention that​

​

  • does NOT require any form of disclosure. 

  • does NOT require any form of discussion.

  • does NOT require any form of fact finding process prior to getting the NEEDED results.

​Certification​

We train coaches and professionals how to be efficient at getting a client trained to be able to self-administer the ascribed combination of the 6 BSW intervention techniques.

​

 

We provide clients with an on-line Self-Assessment  that determines the number of sessions:

  •  5 crisis sessions,

  • 22 recovery sessions

  • 104 life altering sessions
